This class covers six foundational compound movements: the Squat, Hip Hinge, Vertical Press, Vertical Pull, Horizontal Press and Horizontal Pull. Expect a focus on strength, technique, precision and power as you develop full-body capability.

Targets include muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, mobility, balance and coordination. Working all major muscle groups, this instructor-led session emphasises proper form, controlled movement and high-quality execution throughout, using dumbbells, barbells and a range of strength and conditioning equipment.
