Balance focuses on building overall body strength with a strong emphasis on core stability. Using mind-body movements, this class targets and tones the abdominals, lower back, hips and glutes. You’ll develop balanced muscular strength on both sides of the body, improve control of your back and limbs, and enhance spinal stabilization for better posture, coordination and functional movement.
